Why Apple Always Seems to Get It Right

To the lay person, Apple is basically selling the exact same thing as any other tech company. Sure there are differences in core technology and design factors and of course the Be-Mock-Turtlenecked One. However, that's not the reason they always seem to get it right.

They get it right because they're not playing the same game.
